Do you prefer a more relaxed group setting where you aren't front and center? Then grab a friend and join the fun that is the Transformation Club.
Think of it as a girls' night out but with coaching. Show up in your comfy clothes and bring your favorite adult beverage, coffee, tea, smoothie or whatever you like and be prepared to find your tribe.
We will follow the same curriculum as the 1:1 sessions but in a more generalized fashion that allows for change, growth, chit chat and sisterhood.
*This is a fantastic value compared to 1:1 sessions.
